The Dr. Louis Warner Hackett is the 5th child of 10 children. He resides in Fayetteville, NC and is married to the former M. Jeanette Greene and is the father of two childrem and four grandchildren. 

He is a retired military Chief Warrant Officer having served more than 29 years in the US Army. He has served as a chaplain and associate minister with Lewis Chapel Missionary Baptist Church where he was licensed and ordained to preach. 

Under his leadership and God's vision Garland First Baptist has achieved many accomplishments as it continues to kingdom build. 

Dr. Hackett believes in the word of God as it teaches all "To love one another as you love yourself" and to reach out to those in need through your words, deeds, offerings, and tithing.
